Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Please notify us, via email, within 48 hours of delivery, of your desire to exchange your item for new selection currently on the site. You will receive a confirmation email from us
The jewelry must be returned and received by us no later than the 7th day from the original date of purchase, in its unworn, unaltered and the original wear-ready condition it was mailed in.
The customer will receive a Merchandise Credit, and may not be redeemed for cash.
- All shipping costs and paypal fees are non-refundable. Jewelry exchanges may be applied only to merchandise currently available on our website.
- The Merchandise Credit is valid for only three months from original date of purchase.
- There are no refunds at any time.
- Exchanges only within 14 days of original purchase date, as long as the exchange conditions are met.
- Exchanges can only be processed once.
- We DO NOT offer any exchanges or refunds on any custom orders.
